TPC Boston – A Lesson In Par Excellence

One of the biggest and most satisfying parts of TPC Boston’s facility can be found within resource management. Honored with the “National Private Award,” by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America or GCSAA, TPC Boston excels in the areas of resource conservation, water quality management, integrated pest management, wildlife/habitat management, and education/outreach. In a recent interview, TPC Boston’s superintendent, Tom Brodeur, associated the club’s success to quality and consistency. Working for the past eleven years since its construction, Brodeur claimed much of the success to excellent suppliers of resources in various fields. Slater Farms, a silica sand manufacturer based in Slatersville, Rhode Island provided high-density bunker sand and top-dressing for the all courses present at TPC Boston.
